Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy. Exchange or store credit for everything except for saddles which are exchange only. This means you can trade the saddle back in for one that is a better fit.
Exchanges and store credit will not be issued for saddle fittings or mileage under any circumstance.
Items that are sent or brought back for an exchange are subject to a restocking fee and will not be taken unless in brand new condition with original tags attached.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Saddle Fitting
Saddle fitting is by appointment only. $75 per horse plus a mileage fee will be charged and both subjected to HST. Once the timeslot is booked and paid, no credits will be issued.
Verbal and Physical Abuse
Any type of abuse will not be tolerated. This includes any kind of verbal, physical abuse as well as online posts. Services can be terminated at any time for verbal and physical abuse that can encountered. Legal action will be taken for any slander or abuse.
