Refund Policy 

We have a no refund policy.  Exchange or store credit only.  

Exchanges and store credit will not be issued for saddle fittings or milage under any circumstance.  

Items that are sent or brought back for an exchange within 7 days of purchase and are subject to a restocking fee.  Items will not be taken for exchange or store credit unless in brand new condition with original tags attached. Shipping or costs associated with getting the item back to the store are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Items must be brought or shipped back to the store within 7 days in brand new condition with the original tags on.  The customer is responsible for the shipping or the item that is being exchanged as well as the full cost of the shipping of the item they are exchanging for. 

Verbal and Physical Abuse 

Any type of abuse will not be tolerated. This includes any kind of verbal, physical abuse as well as online posts. Services can be terminated at any time for verbal and physical and written abuse that is encountered.  Legal action will be taken for any slander or abuse.
